Prior to retraining as a Holistic Massage Therapist, I was a Mental Health Nurse. This means I understand how stress and everyday living can affect us along with how massage can help to alleviate the symptoms of stress, insomnia and anxiety, leaving you feeling more relaxed, and able to face the day and with an improved sense of general well being.

My aim is to relax, refresh and revive you, with high standard of massage service. All clients  who purchase a massage therapy treatment will receive a FREE consultation and aftercare advice. I will provide all the equipment needed for a relaxing massage therapy, from the towels and oils to the massage table. The massage therapy can also be adapted to suit your requirements, if you have aches and pains in a particular place
